Obesity Medicine Services
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Get expert opinion from a Board-Certified Obesity Physician.
- Fast appointments with no rushed visits.
- Body Composition test at the First office visit and at 6 months. We are using top of the line SECA machine that will provide in-depth information on muscle mass and problem areas (Subcutaneous fat) that need more attention.
- Access to dietitians and life coaches.
- Access to the physician with questions and including Laboratory tests review.
- Virtual visits available at your request.
- Management of weight loss medications. (Cost of meds and labs are not included)
- Will be guided on any discounted weight loss medications in different pharmacies.
Billing
- Laboratory tests will be billed to your insurance company.
- Weight loss Medication cost will be through your insurance company if covered otherwise cash pay to the pharmacy.

Access to More Providers: With concierge services, you’re not limited to providers within an insurance network. You have access to a broader range of medical options, including specialists and treatments that might not be covered by insurance. This flexibility allows you to make healthcare decisions based on your needs, not what’s available through a specific insurance plan.
HSA / FSA Flexibility: You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for concierge services. This gives you an additional way to manage healthcare expenses. Our office will provide you with all the necessary receipts and documentation to facilitate reimbursement, ensuring a smooth process.
We offer several flexible payment options to suit your needs:
- $349/month (minimum commitment of 6 months)
You can cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 6-month commitment with a 30-day notice. We understand that healthcare needs can evolve, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility to manage your health and wellness journey.

- No One-Time Visits: Since weight loss journey is not a one time instance, we discourage one time visits.
